After six months pa naibigay. Ilang beses pabalikbalik sa opisina na GSIS na nasa 4th Floor pa. Bakit ba na delay e hindi naman na delay yung contribution noong sya ay nagtatrabaho pa? Noong nakuha na every end of the month ang pension, inilipat nila sa ika-8 ng sumonod na buan. Nagduda na ako. At sabi ko sa nanay ko, baka sa susunod ilipat na ulit at e-delay sa middle ng buan at pagkatapos sa kataposan ng susuond na buwan. Last September 8, nangyari na nga ang prediction ko. Hindi nakuha ng nanay ko ang pesion nya. Sa September 28 naman daw. E halos isang buwan na delay nanaman nila. Ang tanong: Kung e-delay ba nila ang pagbibigay sa mga beneficiary ng pera magkano ba ang profit nila? Hindi kaya ilipat uli nila sa kataposan ng September at sa susunod na buwan para maka-profit ulit sila?  | I would like to support the complain presented here. My mother just received a text message claiming its from GSIS informing her that her pension would be smaller as compared to her previous pensions? Second, it is true that from day1, the pension was received on day8 and now it will be received on day21. What kind of professionals are running the GSIS right now?
Informing their pensioners througfh text mesage life-threatening policies would could cause the lives of our parents due to worry and tension. Our retirees deserve the right to be informed OFFICIALLY of these changes. And importantly, what are the valid reasons for these changes? These hard-earned pensions are the only source of sustainance and medical maintenance of our retirees, why are they deprived of their own money?
I am challenging the OMBUDSMAN, BBON COMMITTE OF BOTH LOWER AND UPPER HGPOUSES OF CONGRESS mmediately into these matters. Forget about the 2010 election first.
To the Officers and Members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the UP College of Law and the all the other legal experts of this cpountry, we appeal for your support and legal assistance pro bono for our senior citizens particularly our GSIS pensiopners who are now the target of systemic plunderb byt this Administration.
Who are behind all these and I dare them to face the Filipino people to explain what is happening to the hard-earned money of our government employeesd and its retirees.
Hopw do we ask help from the internationbal court of justice if our justice system and all the other chaecks and balance of this government has already collapsed? Mga Kababayan, we can't allow these things to go on forever. I appeal to you now, maawa naman tayo sa mga nanay, tatay, lolo, lola, tita, tita atr mga kaibigan at kamag-anak natin na naaapektuhan sa kawalanghiytaang ginagawang ito ng mga taga-GSIS.

There phone numbers on the site is not working, No one would pick up the calls. I took me three months before i got to have the first pension released. Currently I'm working on my Uncle's pension. | Yes, thanks. I have just read it. I hope our complaints don't end with this news report. Our GSIS member parents need their pensions while they are still alive and not when it's already too late for them. If people in Congress are really bent on helping our marginalized elderly, this is the high time fopr them to show their real concern for the plight of our hero-teachers, retired government employees and even existing GSIS members. I hope that these senators and congressmen vying for a new position in government next year should make a stand and push for the immediate resolution of this GSIS miscalculations, delays and non-payment of pension.
Can we file a case in court if ever we can prove that the aggravated situation of our GSIS-member's health was caused by these delays and non-payment of their pensions on time.? We need legal opinion of our lawyers here. Salamat po. |

 | Sa father ko rin na nag apply for old age pensioner is until now wala pa rin. He is supposed to receive his pension as of august of this year pero until now wala pa rin. Ilang beses na rin siyang pabalikbalik sa pension administration dept dito sa Cebu at nitong huli niyang balik, binigyan siya ng priority at pina asa pa niya father ko na maibibigay na raw yung pension sa friday (Nov.27) sabi nang taga pension administration dept. Lumipas nalang Nov. 27 kahit isang sentimo walang pumasok sa ecard acct ng father ko. Nung tinawagan niya ulit yung taga pension administration dept, ang sabi maghintay nalang daw Hindi rin nila maipaliwanag kung anong dahilan bakit hindi maibigay bastat sabi nila maghintay nalang kami. Hirap na hirap na nga kami sa gastos ng pambili ng maintenance medicine para sa parents ko. Isinanla na lang lupa namin para lang makabayad sa utang at may pambili ng gamot. Hoy GSIS! Hindi ba kayo naaawa sa mga naghihirap na pensioners na may mga sakit na.Yung pension nila ay pinaghirapan nila yun nung active pa sila se serbisyo at dapat binibigay nyo yan on time at hindi delayed. Kung yung sweldo nyo kaya ang hindi ibibigay for 3 months, di kaya kayo magwawala sa harap boss niyo? |
 | It is so frustrating that GSIS/Government officials are taking advantage of pensioners who worked hard for there retirement money. The GSIS/government officials are definitely manipulating the funds to gain profit / interest as they delay the distribution of pension....for WHAT? to finance their political campaign, for vote buying and litany of anomalous activities. I am here in the US and my father was forced to go back to the Philippines just to renew his e-card. He is still there in the Philippines complaining for the delayed pension for several months,

 | I know a lot of anomalies which are occuring in the GSIS. I have a brother in law in the PAF. His salary had always been deducted for a housing loan. About 4 years ago he got a letter from the GSIS, that he had not been paying his amortization. Who had been receiving the payment of my brother in law because it is an automatic salary deduction, that means direct payment to the GSIS? Is it possible that a GSIS employee maintains a dummy account receiving the payments from GSIS members and keeping the money for himself without the knowledge of the other GSIS employees or are they all involved in stealing the money of the GSIS members to better off their salaries? |
